Partial Hospitalization Program

Quality & Affordable Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Waukesha and Milwaukee

Iris Health Clinic (IHC) offers the leading Partial Hospitalization Program in Wisconsin. Located in Waukesha and Milwaukee, our affordable partial hospitalization program — also called a day program — offers intensive treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health issues without requiring an overnight stay. Our PHP provides medical monitoring and a variety of evidence-based therapies in order to ensure comprehensive care while still allowing individuals to live a flexible life outside of treatment.

At IHC, we are passionate about providing both quality and affordable addiction and mental treatment for individuals and families in Wisconsin. Every day we work hard to prove that we are 100% dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those in our care through our evidence-based medical and therapeutic approaches. Our compassionate and empathetic therapists are trained to support individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, emotional and mental health issues, eating disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and more.

Partial Hospitalization Program for Addiction & Mental Health: Our Integrated and Evidence-Based Treatment Approach

IHC’s partial hospitalization program is integrated, meaning our programs combine the use of multiple treatment services in order to offer real recovery solutions to people seeking to transform their overall health and well-being.  Clients will work closely with our qualified staff to develop a customized treatment plan to decide which of our treatment modalities will work best for them.  Our Partial hospitalization programs are a step up from intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and a step down from inpatient or residential treatment. PHPs can be used as a transition back to normal life after an inpatient program, eventually tapering into outpatient treatment.

Our PHP is especially effective as a step down from a 30-day program. Short-term residential programs lay the foundation for recovery and our partial hospitalization program is designed to build on what was learned in residential treatment so individuals can successfully sustain life in long-term recovery.

Confidentiality

We understand that seeking treatment is not easy and the last thing a person needs is to fear is that they will be exposed by treatment staff for doing so. Fortunately, the strict rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) are designed to protect patient confidentiality.   We respect these rules and we follow them. Plus, many of our leadership are in recovery and many of our family members, so we know first hand the need to seek treatment for ourselves and our loved ones privately.
